Sehat Card treatment continues at PIC Peshawar
Some social media pages are spreading the news that “treatment under Sehat Card has been stopped at Peshawar Institute of Cardiology due to non-payment.”
We want to clarify that this news is completely false. PIC Peshawar is being paid regularly on a daily basis with an amount of 20 million rupees, and admissions under Sehat Card are continuing as usual.

کچھ سوشل میڈیا پیجز سے یہ خبر پھیلائی جا رہی ہے کہ "پشاور انسٹیٹیوٹ آف کارڈیالوجی پشاور میں رقم کی عدم ادائیگی کی وجہ سے صحت کارڈ کے تحت علاج بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ہم یہ بات واضح کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ اس خبر میں کوئی صداقت نہیں کیونکہ پشاور انسٹیٹیوٹ آف کارڈیالجی کو باقاعدگی سے روزانہ کی بنیاد پر 20 ملین کی رقم ادا کی جارہی ہے ۔اور ہسپتال میں صحت کارڈ کے تحت داخلے جاری ہیں۔
کسی بھی قسم کی شکایت کی صورت میں ہمارے نمبر 080089898 پر کال کر کہ شکائت کا اندراج کروائیں۔

December 10, 2025This is regarding my previous inquiry about TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation) surgery coverage at Pakistan Institute of Cardiology, Peshawar.
I have now been informed when I call the sehat card plus that the coverage is not full, and only 4 lakh PKR is covered out of the total estimated cost of 3 to 3.5 million PKR. How poor patients will have to do about it.However, your previous reply mentioned that it would be covered.
