It is notified for the information of the Sehat Card Plus Beneficiaries that Provincial Govt has created a fund for treatment of those patients whose card balance is consumed during the year. The Reserve Fund balance is now exhausted due to which the patients with “0” balance in the card could not be entertained. As soon as funds are replenished in “Reserve Fund Account” the treatment would be resumed under “Reserve Fund”. The regular treatment of the basic coverage would however remain continued.

May 21, 2023I don’t understand the logic behind the policy of the KPK government to provide funds for new patients when old patients especially the ones on dialysis are suffering. It costs 10,000 Pkr for single session of dialysis. Do the policy makers even imagine the plight of these patients. No matter how rich one is, it’s hard to pay around 100000 pkr for dialysis sessions in a month.please think.

Where will the money for treatment come from? They are asking for 7500 rupees, for 1 dialysis the patients are suffering and families are suffering more than them.
