    I have complaint to 080089898 for switching sehat card plus service on my wife NIC about 3 hours before from hispital. The patient is in emergency and hospital staff demanding again and again for sehat card eligibility but here i have contacted many time to switch on the facility of treatments on sehat card by sending email to kp sehat card plus the pictures of both sides of my and my WIfe’s NiC.
    You need to take strict action against them. B/c both of our cards are updated from NADRA.

    Dear sir,

    I am writing to your office to state that we changed our family status from unmarried to married through NADRA office Mansehra two months ago. They issued us updated ID card as attached but upon visit to Chinar hospital Abbottabad we knew that online status of my wife, Zubi Bashir, is still not updated. we are about to be admitted and the staff of hospital is demanding us to update record of spouse. We have called frequently to help line of Sehat program is well but the record has not been updated yet.

    My sister was suffering from pain hypogastrium and seen by a lady doctor sara gul practicing in seena hospital .dr sara gul rasound abdomin and pt refered to alhadi hospital for TAH surgery on sehat insaf card,at late night surgery performed and mean while i recived call from anaesthesia tech in ot and told me that this operation is not possible.a surgeon can do it we are closing pt later will arrange in dhq swabi.my sister was in critical condition i waited till morning and next day i took my sister to HMC and there she was operated successfully by surgeon Dr in IBP.it costs me about 180000.Now the said dr saragul performed incomplete surgery on sehat insaf card with professional negligence and misconduct,
    Now please do not approve the said case.and can i get back this amount.

    The patients of sehat sahulat card are serving bad experience at quaid azam international hospital, they are treated with third class treatment, in the whole day and night the docters rarly visit just once in 24 hours to patients in wards treated with sehat sahulat card, infact they are charging the same charges from government, i found only one ward boy is good at behavioir and caring,remaining are like irresponsible with thier duties, the main concern here is docters visits to wards and cleaner just came in morning emptying the dust bins and cleaning the wards after that i never see them to came and clean.kindly take serious action as they are treated patient like a BHU unit in small villages..

    I am from Sialkot. I went to Imran Idrees hospital Daska Road Sialkot for C-section of my wife. But we had a very bad experience there. I thought it was very good initiative towards health service but they take money for no reasons. Doctor and other staff behavior was very rude. They were actually looting patient in name of Sehat Card. They were also charging me a lot of money. Please take notice of that thing. If you have started this service for good of others, then also let us avail of this service.

    We had done angiography from farooq hospital Islamabad – Murree Expy in which we were told about bypass . but we have been coming ubaid noor hospital Mianwali for three weeks, we are admitted and finally we are told that the doctor (adnan tahirsurgeon ) is not coming.
    We are being humiliated for three weeks now every time we go we are admitted then we are told that the doctor is not coming. The hospital has only one heart surgeon and none other than him.
    The Health card has been made a joke by these people . our patient is in a very difficult situation . if anything happens to him. so we will file a case at the hospital .

    Sir My sister’s had an operation on 4th July at 9:00 pm at benazir butto shaheed teaching hospital Abbottabad .Next day when talked about treatment be on the health card So he told that government cannot be formed after the operation. All medicine bought with their own money .
    Is there any possibility that on the basus of health card money is returned ?

    Dear Concern,
    My sister, who is a resident of KPK, had kidney stones in both kidneys, and the Urologist of Alkhidmat Razi Hospital in CBR Town, Islamabad recommended the URS procedure for one kidney and prescribed PCNL for the other kidney after two weeks of first procedure in Alkhidmat Razi Hospital in CBR Town, Islamabad, the URS procedure performed on 17-6-2023 and covered under the KPK Sehat Sahulat Program. However, when we went for the PCNL procedure scheduled on 08-07-2023, the State Life representative refused to cover it, stating that the DMO (District Medical Officer) has refuded to cover PCNL, So I had to arrange cash payment for the PCNL procedure due to kidney-related concerns as a KPK resident, I would like to know why PCNL was not covered under the Sehat Sahulat service, i would appreciate it if you could provide details regarding PCNL coverage.

      In DHq hospital Batkhela a wmo with no postgraduate qualification in obs/gynae is allowed to do gynaecological and obstetrics emergency and elective minor and major surgeries while qualified WMO s are not allowed to do so…The wmo who is allowed to do surgeries is wife of the present MS…Is there any rule in ssp which favour such practice…

    Sir, hopefully u will be fine enjoying weekend.nd sorry to text u but it is matter of urgency .i have been conveyed massage from alkhidmat hospital that the services of alkhidmat sahat card has been stop bcs of u.sir ist thing s that if there was issue with me to stop hospital services s unjustice many patients will suffer so it s humble requested if services are are just bcs of me plz resume on priority and if some thing else issue than treat accordingly.
    In short tell u reservation on me is that i have operated a patient diagnosed acute appendicitis by giving routine incision though clinically he seemed to have perforation but due to poor investigation nd limted resourses i started accordingly but when i enter there was perforated gangrenous appendix.with matted gut nd pus.i had two option that time either to closed that incision and give midline 2nd incision for my ease but to ptrvent 2nd cut and trauma i used my experiences and skill to extend the same incision to get space to deal pathology by putting myself and assistance in discomfort just for patient nd completed procedure and this we have done many time n past some time objected by DMO othertime he convienced to put this case n laperotomy .by medical terminology u can labell it laperotomy when muscle cut nd extension of opening give u space to examined maximum part of abdomen.acc to dmo advised n past when ever u change of name of surgery justify n writing which i did .as he was convienced n complicated cases surgical material,anesthesia and medicine cost increased.bill was made by sahat staff people if they was not agreed with surgeon they can either asked or have freedom to put this case as simple appendicectomy .sir u are not surgeon otherwise u will batter analysed what i have done was neither wrong nor blunder.if u are so sensitive regarding laperotomy .guide us in writing the cases whch we label laperotomy.
    In last its ok to stop my services but resume hospital services if nithing else issue bcs i give priority to hospital rather than reservation on me i already suffer n past on just reservation but not was probed

    As I understand the Sehat Card is available for every citizen regardless of gender, marital status and other minor issues. As long as a verifiable NIC exists whether expired the patient should get the facility.
    Three days back a poor lady named Soorat bibi NIC number w13101-4567019-6 was denied the Sehat Card for the reason that the card showed her as unmarried and was reflecting her fathers name. She got operated in Women and Child Hospital Abbottabad and had to raise money from here and there.
    I find no reason why a bonafide citizen is denied the Sahulat Card on this flimzy reason that the fathers name is reflected instead of husband.
    She is a citizen and just as the election commission authorises even expired NICs for votes and they dont ask for father or husband name, Sahulat Card should not bother about these nitty gritties to deny this facility to poor people who are not too particular about this and live in far flung areas.
    The only reason when Sahulat Card should be denied is when an NIC is fake.
    Please look into this case and remove such rules that are persecuting poor people.

    I will inform you that the prime teaching hospital warsak road Peshawar will not provide the good treatment and facilities to the patient so there are some people are ashamed that I will requested to you that the hospital stop not provided the (Air Conditioner) facilities to the patient all time the AC service’s will off in all day and some AC are actually machinically issue and the other hand the pharmacy have provided a bid behavior stop so they could not give all the medicine to the patient and they can cut the sehath token and after that they say to the attendant to these are not available in here and there are not any other pharmacy in the 1km square area to please take the action the hospital and pharmacy management not
    All the doctor provided good service to the patient but not hospital and hospital pharmacy not doing it for the patient and the pharmacy night shift staff have more miss behavior to the patient please take action against them ……..??

    In NADRA’s records, both my wife and I are listed as single. Please suggest a solution so that I can become immediately eligible for the Sehat Card, as my wife is scheduled for a C-section at Hayatabad Medical Complex in a few days.
