Program Overview

The program offers free outpatient services, including:
• General consultations
• Basic diagnostics and lab tests
• Prescribed medicines
• Maternal and antenatal care
• Chronic disease treatment such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory diseases
• Referrals to advanced medical facilities

You are eligible if:
• You live in a selected district
• Your BISP score is 26 or below
