Consult with a Doctor

Begin by visiting any empaneled hospital and consulting a doctor about your condition. If hospitalization is advised, proceed with the next steps.

Present Required Documents

Once admission is recommended, visit the Sehat Card Counter at the hospital. Provide the following:

• Patient’s CNIC: Ensure the CNIC has a permanent Khyber Pakhtunkhwa address.
• Doctor’s Prescription: Show the prescription recommending hospital admission.

Verification and Approval:

The Sehat Card Counter is staffed by a Health Facilitator from State Life who will verify your details and authorize your admission under the Sehat Card Plus program.

Free Treatment

With verification complete, you will be admitted, and your treatment costs will be fully covered by Sehat Card Plus.

Reimbursement for Prior Tests

If you incurred any out-of-pocket expenses for tests before your Sehat Card admission, these may be reimbursed upon discharge, provided they fall within the program’s coverage.
