Treatment Package

Treatment package means services and procedures required to treat a certain clinical/pathological condition.

Non-Surgical Package Surgical Package

A Non- surgical package (no of nights patient stayed in the hospital) inclusive of items listed below:

– Admission
– Consultation(s)
– Nursing Care
– All required inestigations

– Administrative facilitation
– Medicine (inpatient)
– Five days post-discharge Medicines
– One free post-discharge follow-up visit

Surgical package.  Each type of surgery has different package like Appendicectomy package, Hernia package, cholecystectomy package etc. 

– Admissions
– Consultations
– Nursing care
– All required investigations
– Surgical Procedures
– OT/ Anesthesia Services

– Consumables/disposables
– Medicines (inpatient)
– Oral Post Discharge Medicines are covered
– One free post-discharge follow-up visit
– Three antenatal & one post-natal (under maternity)

Documents Required for Admission

Eligible individuals can visit any of the empaneled hospitals for their medical and surgical treatment. However, they must bring along the following documents with them:

– Original CNICs of the patient or head in case of maternity

– Form B, in case the patient is a child

– Once admitted, no fee will be charged unless balance is available in beneficiarie’s account

– Pre-Admission fee would be reimbursed at the time of discharge

– SLIC may deny all those cases where cash is charged to the patient
