List of Applicants for Assessment Exercise 2024 (Fresh/Suspended/De-Paneled)
The list of hospitals that have submitted their applications for the 2024 Hospital Empanelment Drive under the Sehat Card Plus KP. It includes new applicants, previously suspended hospitals seeking re-empanelment, and hospitals that were de-paneled and are reapplying for empanelment.
Acceptance of application is subject to rules and regulations as approved by the policy board and the realization of the cheque submitted as fee for the registration.
