It has come to our knowledge that some fraudsters pretend to be State Life or Health Card representative / consultant and demand money on the pretext of hospital empanelment, registration or early payment of claims.
In this regard, all the hospital owners are informed to be aware of these elements and not to be deceived by such fraudulent people. In this regard, the respective hospital itself will be responsible for any kind of transaction.
State Life has set up a transparent system for hospital empanelment, registration and claim payment. Therefore, hospital owners can indicate any kind of complaints or these elements in this regard in the following way.

August 1, 2023AL FALAH SURGICAL CENTER BANNU is suspended on date 29th November,2022 far a period of six months which is completed on 4th June 2023 .As mentioned in the initial letter, that assessment team will be visiting your hospital in the month of June 23 to reassess the facility for any improvement being made during the suspension period but till now the assessment team visiting not visiting our hospital.
